Returns policy on lingerie
Please make sure that briefs/thongs etc. are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.
How to make a return UK -
Log onto your account and request a return authorisation code within the 14 day period, once recieved Please re-parcel the goods and post back to us at Talisman UK Ltd, 38 Heath Drive, Upton, Wirral, Merseyside, CH49 6LF, Please note that we will deduct the original carraige cost and a £2 administration fee from any refund due to your debit / credit card for the cost of administering each return unless the item was delivered faulty or incorrectly by us - in which case there will be no charge levied, please note return postage is to be paid by you
Refunds
If you return the goods because you have changed your mind you must notify us within the 14 day period, we will refund the amount due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation.
In this case, we will refund only the price of the Product in full. Delivery charges are not refundable and a credit card administration fee of £2.00 will be charged. If you return the goods because you claim that the Product is defective or is not what you ordered, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will refund the amount due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product.
Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
You must return the Products to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for resale. Unless the Products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Products from you and may set such costs off against the amount re-credited to you.
Replacements
It will take approximately 14 working days for you to receive your exchange. We can only offer a replacement of the same product. Once the exchange has been processed the parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st class post or one of our other delivery partners. If we are unable to exchange the item (as the required size is not available) we will send you an email explaining why and arrange a refund to your account.
